1.1 ws7777 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") operates an online betting and gaming website accessible at https://ws7777.cam. The Platform provides sports betting, live casino, casino games and related entertainment services.
1.2 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all services offered through the ws7777 website and any associated applications or communications.
1.3 The Platform is designed as an English-language resource for users, including those based in Pakistan, who seek transparent information about online betting services. Users in Pakistan must be aware that Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and that local law governs whether accessing this Platform is lawful from their location. ws7777 does not claim to be licensed, regulated or authorised by any Pakistani government authority, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any other Pakistani institution. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.
1.4 These Terms were last updated and became effective on 1 January 2026. We reserve the right to amend them at any time with reasonable notice as set out in Section 15.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — to register an Account or use the Platform in any capacity. The Platform is strictly not available to minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend Accounts pending verification.
3.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
3.3 Single Account. Each User may hold only one registered Account. The existence of multiple Accounts associated with the same individual — whether through shared identity documents, payment methods, IP address, device fingerprint or other indicators — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.
3.4 Personal Use. Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only. Acting as an agent for a third party, operating an account on behalf of another person, or any form of commercial exploitation of Platform access is prohibited.
3.5 Capacity. You confirm that you are of full legal capacity, acting on your own behalf, and that participation in gambling activities is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4.1 To open an Account, you must complete the registration process accurately and truthfully, providing all required personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested.
4.2 You must not provide false, inaccurate or misleading information at any stage of the registration process or thereafter. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 As part of our KYC and AML obligations, we will require you to provide identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Standard documents required include, but may not be limited to:
4.4 KYC verification may be requested at any point during the Account lifecycle, not solely upon withdrawal. The Platform reserves the right to suspend Account activity pending completion of verification.
4.5 All KYC documents must be submitted as clear, unedited images. Altered, cropped or illegible documents will not be accepted.
5.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
5.2 All activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact support immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a link).
5.3 You must keep your registered contact details — including email address and any provided phone number — current and accurate at all times. Failure to maintain current contact details may affect your ability to receive important Account communications.
5.4 The Platform may impose verification checks or temporary restrictions on Account activity at any time for security, AML compliance or fraud prevention purposes. We will endeavour to notify you where possible, subject to legal and security constraints.
6.1 Deposits must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. The use of payment methods belonging to third parties is prohibited.
6.2 Payment method names referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and others — are listed as familiar payment references for Pakistani users. Their inclusion does not constitute a representation that those providers endorse, support or have any affiliation with this Platform or with online gambling activities. Users must verify the availability of any payment method in the cashier and satisfy themselves that use of that method complies with the relevant provider's own terms and applicable law.
6.3 The Platform does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time. Available options may change without prior notice.
6.4 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
6.5 The Platform operates in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) or such other currency as displayed in your account. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are disclosed in the cashier.
6.6 The Platform reserves the right to reverse or withhold deposits that are identified as suspicious, incorrectly processed or in breach of AML policy.
7.1 Withdrawal requests will only be processed where KYC verification is complete and all identity documentation has been reviewed and approved.
7.2 Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as the ws7777 Account. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
7.3 Active wagering requirements attached to any Bonus must be fully completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. Requesting a withdrawal while rollover obligations are outstanding will typically result in the forfeiture of the associated Bonus and any associated winnings.
7.4 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier. These may vary by payment method and account tier.
7.5 The Platform does not guarantee or represent specific withdrawal processing times. Processing duration depends on the method selected, KYC status, internal review processes and the payment provider's own timelines. No guaranteed withdrawal timelines are stated or implied.
7.6 The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation or impose additional review steps on withdrawal requests of any amount at its sole discretion, particularly where AML or fraud-prevention obligations require it.
8.1 All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits and related offers are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the Bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
8.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus. While a Bonus is active, a maximum permitted bet per round or per bet slip applies. Exceeding this cap constitutes a breach and may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
8.4 Game Contribution. Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slots may contribute at a higher rate than live casino or table games. Contribution rates are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
8.5 Bonus Expiry. All Bonuses expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements and associated Bonus balances will be forfeited upon expiry.
8.6 One Bonus at a Time. Only one Bonus may be active at any given time unless the Platform explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
8.7 The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or withdraw any Bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. This will not affect Bonuses already accepted and in active use, subject to 8.8.
8.8 Any evidence of Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated betting to circumvent wagering requirements, or any pattern of play that the Platform deems exploitative — will result in forfeiture of all Bonus amounts and associated winnings and may lead to Account suspension.
9.1 Once confirmed, a bet is binding on both parties and cannot be cancelled unless the Platform expressly permits cancellation under a specific promotion or error-correction policy.
9.2 All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. In the case of a pricing error, the Platform reserves the right to void or recalculate the bet at the correct market price.
9.3 The Platform's decision on all betting matters — including settlement of results, handling of abandoned events, void bets and dispute resolution — is final and binding, subject to the Platform's formal dispute resolution procedure.
9.4 The Platform reserves the right to limit stakes, restrict markets or suspend betting on any event or game at its discretion and without prior notice.
9.5 In-play betting is subject to the additional risk that the live odds may change rapidly. The Platform is not liable for bets accepted at odds that were incorrect as a result of technological latency, unless confirmed as an explicit pricing error.
9.6 Cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments and international matches — are settled according to the Platform's published cricket betting rules, which form part of these Terms by reference. Users are encouraged to review market-specific rules before placing bets.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
11.1 ws7777 is committed to responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools within every Account to support responsible play, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options.
11.2 Self-exclusion is irreversible for the minimum period selected. Users who have self-excluded must not attempt to open a new Account or otherwise circumvent their exclusion during the active exclusion period.
11.3 Gambling is intended as entertainment. The Platform strongly encourages users never to gamble more than they can afford to lose and never to use gambling as a means of recovering financial losses or debts.
11.4 Users who are experiencing gambling-related harm are strongly encouraged to visit the Platform's Responsible Gambling page for information on tools, support and guidance resources.
11.5 The Platform reserves the right to impose mandatory responsible gambling restrictions on any Account where patterns of play suggest the risk of harm, without prior notice to the user.
12.1 All content on the ws7777 website — including text, graphics, logos, user interface elements, software and databases — is the intellectual property of ws7777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No rights are granted to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent.
12.3 The ws7777 name, wordmark and associated brand elements are proprietary. Use of these assets without authorisation is prohibited.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ws7777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether or not such damages were foreseeable.
13.2 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any content within it.
13.3 The Platform shall not be liable for losses arising from: technical failures or interruptions beyond our reasonable control; errors in third-party payment processing; user failure to comply with these Terms; or the use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where it is not lawful to do so.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14.1 ws7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
14.2 Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, any Bonus balances, pending bonuses and winnings derived from prohibited conduct shall be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at the Platform's discretion, subject to applicable AML and fraud-investigation obligations.
14.3 You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Active wagering requirements and pending withdrawal requests will be handled in accordance with these Terms at the time of closure.
14.4 Following Account closure, certain data may be retained for the period required by our legal, AML and licensing obligations.
15.1 ws7777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the registered email address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 14 days' notice where practicable.
15.2 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as set out in Section 14.3.
15.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent version.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ws7777 holds its operating licence. Specific jurisdictional information is available upon request through the Platform's support channels.
16.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's standard dispute resolution process may be referred to the relevant licensing authority or competent court of the governing jurisdiction.
16.3 Pakistani users are reminded that the Platform does not claim to be authorised, licensed or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. Users must independently satisfy themselves that their use of the Platform is lawful under applicable Pakistani law. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice for users located in Pakistan or elsewhere.
